When it comes to choosing an email provider, there are a number of factors to consider including security, storage space, support, and cost.

- Google Workspace
- Microsoft 365
Douma Web Design supported email through Rackspace provides our clients with a professional, business class, email solution that includes premium spam and virus protection built in, large storage with 25GB mailboxes, and other features like out of office auto replies and message forwarding. Email can be accessed via web browser or a program like Microsoft Outlook as well as using your mobile phone.
As of Jan 1, 2024, the cost we currently charge is $50 / user / year (subject to change). Note that some of our hosting plans include a number of email accounts for free.
Google Workspace provides 30GB cloud storage per user with business class email starting at about $93 per year per user. This paid option gives more storage space within their cloud storage called Drive, as well as access to additional Video conferencing capabilities among other things. Microsoft 365 Business Basic starts at about $116 per year per user including 1 TB of cloud storage per user and web and mobile versions of Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Excel. For desktop versions you will have to increase your subscription to almost $245 / year / person. We have clients that need these software licenses so he are happy to support them with their Microsoft subscription.
